Perspective is a study of the creation story merged with the golden ratio. It is a 36"x24" mixed media piece on a wooden panel.

On the first day,

God created light in the darkness.

On the second,

He created the sky.

Dry land and plants were created

on the third day.

On the fourth day,

God created the sun, the moon

and the stars.

Water and sky animals were made

on the fifth day,

On the sixth day,

land animals and people were created.

On the Seventh Day, God rested.

To ponder: If the sun wasn’t created until the fourth day, what is a day? How can we as mortal, limited creatures comprehend the creator’s understanding of a day? How has our understanding of a day skewed our perspective of creation?
